With these intentions, it is possible for everyone to find their innner martial (he)artist.

 

I am currenting putting all my content into my new Dragon Academy App. 

 

This will be a "dojo+psychology service in your pocket" where I will offer the following three ways to study the most important movements that help us to be well and thrive. 

 

Currently Available:

Monthly FOCUS:SPRINTS. Learn how the study of mental movements will help you manage your mind and increase your mindfulness skills.  

This is a course that guides you through the three core brain networks that underpin the four cognitive stages of mindfulness.

You will learn about the brain, complete and practice and use a worksheet to reflect on your learning.

Tamara is a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.

She obtained a Blackbelt in Shaolin Kung Fu from the Dung Sai Do System in 2002.

Tamara is Instructor in the Barbados Wushu Tai Chi Federation for the 18 Tai Chi Chi Gong sequence (2006).
