Clinical Psychology

Tamara is registered under the Health Professionals Council as a Practitioner Psychologist and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.

Tamara offers bespoke therapy which draws on her skills and knowledge of mindfulness, compassion focused therapy, neuroscience and martial arts - for a fully embodied therapeutic experience.

Drawing on mindfulness theory and exercises, this mindfulness-based way of working one-to-one allows clients to see very quickly and precisely the ways in which the mind is either helping or hindering in the service of meeting your goals and live in a way that is in accord with your personal values.

Following an assessment period, the therapeutic approach will be designed to suit your unique situation.

This approach asks you to make a sincere commitment to personal development and implementation of the tools and techniques offered in your life.

Tamara works with adults across a range of psychological challenges, with particular specialisation in ADHD, bipolar illness, depersonalisation and eating disorders. Her clients include global CEOs, performers, elite athletes, working and young adults.

Testimonials:

"Working with Tamara and with her body in mind approach has been life changing. Tamara offers a warm and compassionate space during our sessions together to work through even the most sensitive of personal issues in a comfortable and sincere way. But better yet, the tools that she teaches mean I am able to continue making even bigger and further strides alone in between sessions. I would recommend Tamara's approach to anyone, whether it be looking to apply more mindfulness to their daily lives, and to anyone who needs an empathetic and genuine helping hand through life's more difficult situations."

"It is easy to dismiss mindfulness as the media's latest obsession, and I was probably guilty of that before I started working with Tamara. But not only do I find our sessions incredibly valuable on their own, I have also learnt tools that I am able to use in my daily life. There are plenty of cliches about therapy being a life-changing experience, but I genuinely feel that Tamara has made a difference to how I approach my life. Smart, kind and insightful, she's played an essential part in coming to terms with some of life's trickier challenges."
